Terms of Service

By accessing or using BeforeForever at before4ever.net you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the platform. BeforeForever is a product of Zaitun LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaitun LLC.

BeforeForever is a private compatibility assessment tool designed for couples who are seriously considering marriage. It is not a therapy service, a counseling service, a medical service, or a mental health platform. BeforeForever does not provide psychological diagnoses, clinical assessments, or professional relationship advice. The insights and reports generated by BeforeForever are informational in nature and are intended to facilitate conversation between partners — not to replace professional counseling or therapy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BeforeForever. By using this platform you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow access to anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18 we will terminate their access and delete their data immediately.

You agree to use BeforeForever only for its intended purpose — a private compatibility assessment between you and your partner. You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, attempt to access another couple's assessment or report without authorization, reverse engineer or copy the platform's methodology or question structure, use BeforeForever for any commercial purpose without written permission from Zaitun LLC, or attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures.

Your use of BeforeForever is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using BeforeForever you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your assessment responses are stored securely. Neither partner can see the other's answers before the combined report is generated. Anonymized data may be used for research and aggregate insights as described in the Privacy Policy.

The current price for a pre-engagement assessment is $20 USD per couple payable at the time of access. During the beta period access may be granted free of charge via invite code. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is non-refundable once the assessment has been started by either partner. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing or accessing your assessment please contact us through our support form and we will review your case individually. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Coupon codes and invite codes are issued at the sole discretion of Zaitun LLC. Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Misuse of coupon codes including sharing codes publicly without authorization may result in access termination.

All content on BeforeForever including but not limited to the assessment methodology, question structure, report format, design, copy, and brand identity is the intellectual property of Zaitun LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of BeforeForever without prior written permission from Zaitun LLC. Your personal assessment responses and report belong to you.

BeforeForever uses artificial intelligence to analyze assessment responses and generate compatibility reports and follow-up conversation starters. AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate or applicable to your specific situation. You should use the report as a starting point for conversation — not as a definitive judgment of your relationship. BeforeForever makes no warranty that AI-generated insights are error-free or complete.

BeforeForever is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Zaitun LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the assessment results will predict, prevent, or guarantee any particular relationship outcome. Relationship compatibility is complex and multifaceted — no assessment tool can fully capture it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zaitun LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BeforeForever including but not limited to relationship decisions made based on assessment results, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BeforeForever shall not exceed the amount you paid for the assessment — maximum $20 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaitun LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these terms or your use of BeforeForever.

BeforeForever uses third party services including Stripe for payment processing and AI providers for report generation. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Zaitun LLC is not responsible for the practices of third party service providers.

Zaitun LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BeforeForever or any part of it at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BeforeForever after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the Last updated date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Zaitun LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to BeforeForever at any time without notice if you violate these terms or use the platform in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to its intended purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of BeforeForever shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Zaitun LLC regarding your use of BeforeForever and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
