Your data is used to generate your compatibility report, deliver it to you via email or download, improve the accuracy and quality of our assessment, and ensure the platform is functioning correctly.

We will never sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.

Authorized platform administrators may access submitted assessment data strictly for the purposes of quality assurance, functionality testing, and service improvement. Administrative access is protected by secure authentication controls and is limited to authorized personnel only.

By using BeforeForever you agree that your anonymized responses may be used to generate aggregate relationship insights and research findings. For example, we may publish findings such as "seventy percent of pre-engaged couples diverge on conflict resolution style."

Your name, email, and any identifying information are never included in any published research or public insights. All published data is aggregated and fully anonymized.

Your assessment responses are stored securely. Neither partner can see the other's individual answers at any point before the combined report is generated. Access to assessment data requires authenticated credentials and is protected by security controls.

We retain your assessment data for as long as necessary to deliver your report and improve our service. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by submitting a request through our support form. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, request deletion, and opt out of anonymized research use. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support form on our website.

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) grants you additional rights which we honor in full.

BeforeForever is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using this platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you are accessing the platform from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the platform you consent to this transfer.
